At an early stage, we examined the whole question of administering and controlling staff medical expenses.

We made a thorough examination of all existing Schemes and in particular those provided by various insurance companies. In our opinion, the insurance option, demonstrated an inadequate approach.

Our appraisal has shown that costs can only be contained with a pro-active approach to the analysis of charges being incurred and to the control of abuses.

Our own Medical Team has accredited over 300 Hospitals and clinics around Nigeria. Using these in conjunction with a client designed "Handbook" - describing the cover, and an individual "Identification Card" - for members covered under the Scheme, we have ensured proper medical treatment and at controlled costs.
